I bought this dress online and I absolutely love it. It fits me SO WELL on top, like usually clothes are a bit baggy and never sit entirely right up there for me, but this one just fits perfectly. Unfortunately, it's REALLY short. REALLY REALLY short. As in, when I yank it down, it just about covers my bum cheeks. It IS a size XS, but that shouldn't affect the length, should it? I mean, I'm tiny so god knows what it would look like on someone taller (probably more like a top than a dress)!
I'm desperately thinking of ways to make it longer. There isn't enough material to drop the hem at all, so that's out. I can't attach a random extra bit of black material to the hem because that would look ridiculous. My best idea is to find a shop that sells thick black lace and attach that to the hems (I've got a skirt that has black lace at the hem and it looks pretty). That's the only option I have, I think.
