If someone threatens you with a brick, but doesn't throw it but you step back and hit your head causing a bleed on the brain that is missed by the hospital and you die, is the person who threatened you also guilty of manslaughter?

No, the guy who was killed is guilty of stupidity
No, sounds like a threat and in court, would get throw out due to hearsay (especially when the one other person there is dead)
