time gap between university offers and college results

hi guys,
I have been accepted onto a course starting September 2016. I am willing to apply for medicine 2017 entry.

my results for the college course will be out in July 2017. I am wondering how is this going to work out, as applications for medicine are to be completed by October 2016 for 2017 entry.

can anyone guide me please how will this work out as I can't afford to lose one year.

Your reference includes predicted grades, and the univerisity offers you a place conditional upon getting certain grades, if your predicted grades are in line with what they are looking for (and a bunch of other stuff if applying for medicine)
