What is the likelihood of me receiving and offer from UCL or LSE with my GCSE grades

What are the chances of me receiving an offer onto UCL's L100 economics course presuming I meet the entry requirements/predicted grades but with 4A*'s 3A's 4B's and 1C at GCSE.
And the same question goes for LSE's LL12 Government and Economics course

Why don't you phone them up and ask directly - they're the only people who can speak with any authority on their admissions criteria.
