Still alive

Progress has been stagnant due to not planning anything

Currently at 95 kg x 1 on bench

Purpose of this thread is to ensure I keep a detailed track

Those wondering :

No cell tech

Last batch was bad (leg infection) so couldn't train 2 weeks , so only took 1 scoop

& had no fixed diet/training scheme

You get a dead leg so can't walk

Was inflamed and red

One "scoop" lol

So zero effects from the tech

Have a new source now , but gonna do 1 month natty
Currently bang on 80.0kg
Did 140 X 1 on deadlifts

This will go up rapidly as I've started training legs

For sole reason that my knees were in pain

So for health reasons (the tendons & ligaments in my legs need strengthening)

Did 100 X 2 reps for a few sets

My legs themselves can do more but my knees remain weak point

I haven't squat over 60kg since 2010 lol

Did 80 X 8 on 45 incline today so new CR

& 90 X 2

Which is more than I can flat lol

Also did 140 for a single on deadlift

Just gonna stick to 140 for a bit do singles until my knees can take it

I've never hidden my dislike for leg training

Only reason I'm doing it now is purely health

My knees just hurt overall so needed strengthening

& not bothered by his opinion

We have different goals , sometimes we did agree though lol

88kg around 15% BF

currently 79.6kg and bit higher than 15% BF

had more mass in my back & legs at 88kg , now I'm arms & chest

so need to bring the back up
