You could make a legitimate case that Bush/Blair were responsible. I don't see the logic behind blaming Obama though.

I don't think he means Obama personally, more as his administration has been involved in a lot of shady ****
It's not that hard to believe that the Obama administration backed and equipped Sunni militants to destablise the Assad regime, overall it may even be good for the West. I think that Syria should be balkanised into three different nations, one for the Alawites, one for the Kurds and another for the Sunnis once the Islamic State gets cleared out, it doesn't mean Obama and Hillary are covert Islamists.

Well it is a fact that Obama founded the uprising in Syria. Armed the rebels whoose weapons passed to ISIS. Yes, he is responsible for ISIS.

Accidentally contributed to the creation of? Yes

Bush/Blair were not in power when the US started arming "Moderate rebels" to fight Assad. Obama and Hillary were.

The same "moderates" which only a few months later would join other Islamist groups to become Islamic state.

Why do you think ISIS have so many American built TOW missiles? Those things don't just appear from thin air.
