Foreskin restoration???

Hi, I am unsure should I do foreskin restoration as currently I am circumcised and I really don't know what to do. I haven't really cared being cut all these years (I was circumcised as a toddler) however now that I'm 17 I have started to be quite self consious over being cut and therefore I am trying to decide should I try and start doing foreskin restoration and I know it doesn't act like a natural foreskin but surely it's better than nothing or is it better how I am now?

Do you think it's worth doing foreskin restoration or is it a complete waste of time?

Please could people give me some advice thanks

Is there point? Being circumcised is better ain't it? I don't know but there's nothing wrong with it

I knew a guy who tried this without surgery once. He had to wear this big stretchy thing on his cock for like 2 years - he got bored and quit after a few months

A quick read reveals surgery, although much quicker, is costly and can often lead to complications. It is unlikely to be covered by the NHS

Imo it's a waste of time and you'll be fine staying how you are. Male circumcision is mostly harmless

Yh I suppose it's just all this stuff on the Internet where people say that girls won't like you if your in the uk and cut or sex won't feel as good etc, I'm just in a no win situation and it's annoying as ****
I don't think it will help. If you've been screwed over at birth by disgusting bearded pedos there is nothing you can do about it, just live with it. I've also been cut at birth because I was born jewish. I don't care about enjoying masturbation that much to want foreskin restoration, so I live with it.

Does foreskin matter so much anyway?
I'm legit curious btw

I don't know if it's important as I have been cut the majority of my life so I can't tell if it really does make a difference that drastically some people make out it to be

Apparently it makes masturbation much more enjoyable. I'm not sure if this is because of the act of rubbing it on the penis head, or because it contains extra pleasure neurons or something. It became popular in America exactly because parents wanted to prevent their sons from masturbating (lust). I can see why they do it in Judaism and America, but the thought of a sweaty doctor mutilating a baby's penis is disgusting and needs to be banned mercilessly.

Going off topic a bit here but has a girl ever rejected you for being circumcised (if you are from the uk) sorry I'm being quite self consious about it all

Ahah well I only had one girl, my gf, and no. It's not a big deal at all. No matter what your penis is like, you can't be shy about it, you're the man after all. You should not even permit a woman to criticise your penis, come on. Girls don't care anyway. And finally, most porn has circumcised penises, so it's sort of culturally enforced as a 'better' penis. This is all pointless talk though. I would not even touch a girl who is picky about penises or is missing her sense of shame so much she would reject a guy for his penis.

Is the "girls won't like me" concern originating from those TSR threads that have been appearing in the past week?

Regarding sex not being good, the foreskin is all the way back during sex and is practically not there, just like a circumcised penis. I would think this means there's no real difference in feeling?
Most sexual discomfort probably comes from poorly done circumcisions that don't heal properly and cause problems later in life
Foreskin restauration can be just as complicated as adult circumcision. The latter is often accompanied by pain and broken stitches.

So says the internet.

Yh just saw some threads and other stuff on the Internet about it, tbh I think I have been really over thinking all this, thanks for your help

It's actually very slightly worse from a health perceptive, though not enough for it to be worth trying to reverse the process.

The main reason that mutilating a babies genitalia is wrong is not the very minor long term health disadvantages or the loss of sensation during sex , it's the unnecessary pain and trauma combined with the terrible lifelong consequences that the victim will have to deal with if the procedure goes wrong.

Oh thanks, I hwonder how it even started
This should be god damn illegal to do to your infant unless for a legit medical emergency

Circumcision pre-dates recorded history, and is entirely a cultural practice, although the modern resurgence which started in the late 19th and early 20th century in the west was entirely due to squeamishness about masturbation. The procedure is literally designed to reduce the incentive to masturbate by reducing sensation during masturbation and sex. Around this time it was thought that epilepsy, impotence, gonorrhea, tuberculosis and most mental illness were all caused by masturbation. Despite this many medical professionals (particularly in the USA) who should know better still continue to support it.

They cite alleged benefits including slightly reduced chance of transfer of STDs and improved hygiene. (Both of which are extremely suspect.) This doesn't change the fact that you're carrying out an unnecessary surgical procedure on a new born.

Oh 💭; thanks for replying again ; does it actually make masturbating and srx worse? I didn't expect that
