I actually felt really ill yesterday.
I reckon it was a bit of heat stroke (v mild)
bc i was just feeling :yucky: then ok, then headache, then yucky then ok and :erm: wasn't the nicest of things
I'm ok now, just v tired because I couldn't sleep

I'd check with your doc if it gets worse.

I couldn't sleep as well so I decided to leave a fan on overnight and it was all great until I woke up with cold & numb face.
