Hi what do you think the maths grade boundaries are this year

I think I got 50 in paper 1 maybe 55
And then 73 in paper 2

If that's AQA Linear B, then that would be an A (it's usually around 117 for an A, 146 for an A*)

I'm assuming you took edexcel maths: definitely a B, with a slim chance of an A with 55 on paper 1

where were you at midnight when everyone else was on countdown duty 😂
3 consecutive nightmares last night about results day :s-smilie::s-smilie:

I need my English Lang to have been marked by someone really sympathetic and with a good sense of humour because I was so delirious that day. I had stayed up the night before crying about Add Maths and my writing piece was basically me on a rant about how I hate OCR (which is the same exam board as my English) and because I was so tired, virtually none of it made sense and there was no clear structure and ughghghghhghghghgh :angry:

To help some of you,
I thought I would get 4A*s and 3As and 2Bs on top of my 2A*S I already got.

The marking is far more lenient than you think.
To put it this way, I got 11A*s and I never thought it was possible.

Good luck!

Thank you for re-lighting the glimmer of light for my French

Furthermore, Why is everyone counting down!?
I thought I got a D in Spanish, which is what I did.
Turned out because the marking is so lenient, I got an A*.
It's good.
I think English language and literature markers are much more lenient than you guys think; history too.

I'm pretty sure maths is pretty harsh though

I hope they're lenient this year! Part of me is excited and part of me is crapping myself everytime I'm reminded of the day getting closer
