Did leg day yesterday

Barbell back squats

60 X 3
80 X 3
100 X 3

100 was nice & easy

Gonna stick with low reps for a while

Then did leg presses with various leg positions

1. health
2. bench press
3. deadlifts

1 - my knees started hurted (well right knee to be exact) and my hamstring gets easily pulled

Which I attributed to total lack of training

hence just for overall health, I am doing moderate leg work to strength my tendons joints and ligaments in the lower body

2 - I keep ****ing up my hips when benching heavy, so I'm doing a lot of hip flexion movements like Stiff Leg Deadlifts

so I can use that leg drive

3 - I've missed deadlifting heavy and so need some leg strength

P.S. before anyone asks - why only 100kg

after a long lay-off your joints aren't used to it so whilst 100 felt light it didn't feel light to my knees
