I don't like football but I have an interview at a Football Club Store

Yeah, I'm not into football personally - I prefer tennis.
I have a job interview at a well-know FC store situated in the stadium.
Will it matter? Will they expect me to have knowledge on the topic and of the team?

I really need work.

I don't think it matters too much if you aren't totally passionate about football, but just keep in mind that they might ask you if you like football in your interview! You might be up against candidates who are really into football, so be careful not to come across as not enthusiastic. Sounds like you would be interacting with football fans as part of the job, so they will probably want someone who can positively chat to people and give good customer service. Perhaps do a little bit of homework on the team just in case!
