Whaaaaaat!!!!
Cheese doesn't like much Cheese! This is madness! Mayhem!
Which are? I don't know that they are :frown: Except Edam of course!
I would have to say an extra mature cheddar or vintage cheddar are the really good ones, I do like red leicester though.
I love goats cheese and halloumi

Whatever floats your goat
Recently tried something called 'oaxaca'. Tastes kind of like mozzarella but with the texture of halloumi. 10/10, highly recommended.

How is mozzarella doing so well? Eaten alone its texture is rubbery and it tastes bland. You all just like it on pizza but I've had pizzas with better toppings than mozzarella.

I'm getting unreasonably angry over cheese.

Exactly! Cheddar I half understand because of its versatility and because, well, it's kind of just a weird British fascination. But to have cheddar and mozzarella leading the poll is a national disgrace, don't you want some flavour in your life?

(Let's be real, feta and halloumi are where it's at)
