OCR A2 CHEMISTRY F324 and F325- 14th and 22nd June 2016- OFFICIAL THREAD

Went down from a high A at AS to a B
Got an A* in paper one and C in paper two, I knew I flopped that but thought it'll be a B at least.
Still got into uni though but don't understand why the grade boundaries were so high for the second paper it seems sooo much harder than last years paper.

Did unexpectedly bad in both chem papers :/

Me too! Got both D while I expect like a B and a C

Congrats to everyone who did well in A2 chemistry, I sadly did horrifically, I know maybe this year's paper was easier but it's kinda funny that the D I got in F214 this year would've been an A last year, which would put me well into the next grade but oh well.

I got 150/150 for F325, 88/90 F324, and 60/60 for F326.
Not sure why I was so worried all along .....

68/90 f324, 116/150 f325, 54/60 f326. Overall 475/600 - Grade B

I got 38/40 in the ISAs.
If I had got 39/40 then that would give me 60/60 f326 and 481/600 Overall - Grade A

Gutted. Oh well

I feel your pain. I received 477/600 UMS overall having 37/40 in the ISAs, if I had gotten 38/40, add 6 UMS and tada -> 483/600 UMS overall securing me an A grade. I guess everyone could point out their if's and but's though.

I think I may go for a remark for one of the papers though, are you considering this?

got a B overall as my coursework was awful and somehow i managed to get a C (61/90) in F324 yet I was expecting A*, i can't believe those grade boundaries
