would you actually want to pull a girl when you have a cold? Like kissing is the worst when you have snot dribbling out of your nose and doing the nasty is nasty when you feel like crap. Most girls probably won't be interested if you're sick. They don't want to get sick too. Some will go near you but i doubt they're you're type xD
