My friend is famous because she used to go out with Akon. Actually he wrote most of his songs about her! (missing you) etc.

I schooled with a girl who dated the [a?] son of Alastair Stewart OBE for a time; not sure how they met, but his father maintains an active Facebook presence. Also, Bobby Friction interviewed my younger brother for the BBC Asian network re his recent Bollywood-themed dubstep release, and Ruckazoid approached me via Youtube to feature some unreleased music on a now-legendary channel of mine which was forcibly closed in 2011 (i.e. before the arrival of Majestic and its countless imitators; when having 20,000 subscribers actually mattered). Oh, and it turns out one of my former TSR cohorts—latterly of Oxford University—just co-wrote a Ben Miller vehicle for BBC 4.

So in summation: no, I don't know anyone famous; but then, by the sound of it, nor do you.
