I don't know what to do at University anymore!

I've just finished my AS year and my teachers are expecting us to have written a first draft of our personal statement by September. Trouble is, I'm not really sure what I want to study anymore. I've always had Law or Psychology in my head and I've been dead set on Law for some time, but I'm beginning to doubt myself and whether it's the career for me? I've wanted to be a lawyer for a while but after researching further into it, doubt has been looming in my head. I really love Psychology and I think it's such a fascinating subject, but I'm afraid of the career prospects of this degree because I'm not particularly interested in working in an environment surrounding mental health! I did Biology, Chemistry, Psychology and ICT at AS. Other options are Optometry which is very competitive and Biology, which I'm not that keen on taking to degree level. If I could get some advice that would be great!

Hey, I'm in quite a similar position to you. Have you looked at courses that use more than one A-level subject? Some universities offer Liberal Arts programmes which allow you to try a bit of everything without choosing just one subject to specialise in - I'm unsure which universities offer this in the sciences other than Surrey though. I'm also looking at Social Sciences courses (offered by York, Durham, Derby, Sheffield, and a few more) which are fairly similar - I'm unsure of what it would be called for your subjects; probably Combined Sciences or something like that. Hope this helps.
