I didn't have one because my offer was unconditional but I also got an offer from Bath which I turned down.

Have you joined the general Freshers group on facebook? I don't think there's a Physics specific one and in the freshers group chat there's only a couple of us doing Physics so we'll probably just have to wait until we get there to meet other people on the course :tongue:


I tried to join them but my Facebook is terrible. For some weird, annoying reason, I'm blocked from joining anything o.o.

Might just make a whole new account...

I wouldn't: if you can't already cook for yourself, take the opportunity to learn.

Thank you, I am just worried that I'll miss out on the socialising that'll probably be done at the 'eating place'. I can actually cook though

Sorry to butt in, just wanted to let you know that I'm in a Facebook group for students who're attending the WWP and most of us didn't go for the meal package so don't worry, you're not going to be alone on that end :smile:
