Shared bathroom facilities?
Hello! Just wondered if anyone can help who is at or has been in Vanbrugh accommodation. I have been allocated an economy shared bathroom with catering in Eric Milner White B block and i was wondering what the situation is with the showers? I

Hey!
I'm not yet at york but we have the exact same accommodation and from what I've read, there is a full bathroom shared between 4-5 people. I think it's just the kitchen that's for 8-11. Do you know what room you're in? I'm trying to make contacts beforehand

I asked on a other part of this forum too and they said the same thing so that's great! That's not so bad My room is 217B if i remember correctly! It would be awesome to get to know some roommates before arriving so there's a little less ice breaking and potentially nervewracking encounters to go through!

Ah okay, that's fine. I'm 236 so I think we're on the same floor? Have you joined the eric milner facebook group yet? (https://www.facebook.com/groups/166587580415827/) I think people are trying to get to know each other through that. I guess I'll see you in september!

Hmmm that's a possibility! We shall find out when we get there
And i don't have Facebook! I used to have, but maybe i'll reactivate it so i can see who else is going! Hope to see you soon!

You definitely should get back on fb! Freshers tickets are on sale there (but I think you can get them through the yusu website too). So what course have you applied for? ☺
