Only did 3 this year since I'm home-schooled so am staggering them (2 last year, 3 this year, 3 next year, plus music equivalent). Also, predicted grades were only based on my own marking of past papers so I clearly undermarked quite a lot! An A* in maths seemed totally out of the realms of possibility given that I don't have a teacher, so I can't even express how happy I am with that!!! :dance:

I plan on studying music, music tech, maths, and possibly biology at A level (although that might have changed by next year), then Music performance at degree level.

Food Technology = B

Super happy with all of them - apart from French and Maths, don't really know what happened there :frown:

Just glad I did well in History and English Language as I'll be doing them at A-Level!
Also going to be taking on Media Studies and Sociology (some people say they're the most pointless, but oh well)

Since Mum gave birth to my baby brother right before exam season - not too shabby if I say so myself :smile:

May also get Maths sent back for a remark (I was only a few marks off from a B!)

5A*s, 6As and 1B. Overall pretty relieved!!!
I am pretty disappointed about German cos my coursework was an A*, but ended getting a C and A in my listening and reading.Over the moon with Chemistry and Physics , genuinely thought I would never get an A* in any science. Geography was disappointing , but I am so happy with the grade considering how bad the exams went.Definitely getting English Language remarked- that was a big let down for me.

Future ambitions:
Hoping to do medicine, but my future is not looking so bright for me!

Ahhh everyone seems to have done so well, I got 9 A*s, 2 As and a C!! I couldn't be happier!! (although the C might go up, everyone who took that subject is getting their papers remarked because no one got higher than a C lmao)

I'm so happy with my results! Okay, so maybe Health and Social Care was a bit of a disappointment, but considering that a B is still a good pass I'm happy with that! My literature grade was only one mark off an A*, but I'm still really pleased! When I saw that I'd got a C in maths I started crying lol, I was convinced that I'd fail!

Future ambitions
I'm studying Extended National Diploma in Health and Social Care next year, and I'd like to become a social worker or perhaps a midwife :smile:

Kinda disappointed with geography and business (I was predicted A* in business) but I'm really shocked with English. I honestly thought I would get a C/D because I wrote the most random stuff. French was a relief too since it was so damn hard. 5 A's 3 B's and 1 C is something I'm happy with. Especially when my expectations were really bad lol. I regret not revising properly... I could have been a top student if I actually cared at the time.

We can only take 9 GCSEs at my school, so I am pretty happy with them. The RS and French particularly. Worked so hard for that A* in Maths, was cruising just under the boundary a month before the exam. So relieved the hard work paid off! Peeved about English and Geography though, thought they were surefire A*s, having both remarked as they were both 1 UMS off the A*. Overall though, pleased.

Future Ambitions

Take English Literature, Theology and Philosophy and French at A Level with an EPQ in view to study Philosophy at Cambridge if possible, if not then somewhere like Durham or KCL looks pretty nice.
