Maths: A
French: A
Geography: C
German: B
Spanish: A
English Language: A
English Literature: A*
Biology: C
Chemistry: B
Physics: B
History: A
Religious Studies: B

I'm extremely happy with this. A little concerned about German because I want to do it at university with History and they might not appreciate a B in GCSE, meaning I may do Spanish instead, which unfortunately I don't enjoy quite as much. But ultimately, I'm very content with how it pans out!
Here are mine, dudes!!

Maths (edexcel) : A*
French (edexcel) : A*
Music (AQA) : A*

Actually chuffed that I did so well  Well done to everyone else on such fabulous results and if you haven't done as well as you hoped just remember that it isn't the end of the world and that there's plenty of options out there. While I don't really post on TSR, it really has helped me out over the past 2 years. So thanks guys haha

Future ambitions:
I'm doing Chemistry, Biology, Software Systems Development(Basically CCEA Computer Science) and Geography. Was going to do German as I enjoy it so much but thought it might just be a waste of an a-level as it's kinda irrelevant to anything I want to do at uni so I'm doing geography in its place

Overall I'm really pleased with my results and my teachers told me that I was the first student in 20 years to receive completely perfect marks in GCSE French at our school. I was ecstatic to realise that I got 100 UMS marks in the Chemistry unit 3 paper but I'm annoyed that I was one mark away from an A* in Chemistry altogether. I didn't expect to do well in Maths and idk what happened with ICT.
I hope to do a medicine degree but I'm REALLY good enough for it.
I hope everyone got what they wanted and don't worry about other people's grades, just try to reach your own standards.

Hey, listen they are amazing grades. I got pretty much the same as you did. (7 c's and one B). Im also planning on going to A level and in the same boat as you are. But i know that A level exams are completely different from GCSE so if you work extremely hard you will get your A, i believe in you  i also think they are easier..... because there isn't as many exams to do and get more time to revise.

If your still worried come send me private message and we can discuss it  I'm happy to help out someone who's like me. It'll beok, you'll see:u:

Okay thank you

Just a word of friendly caution; unless you got those grades due to adverse things like death then doing A-Levels won't be worth it. If you cannot score on a GCSE exam you won't score on an A2 one, I'm really sorry. A-Levels kill the A* students, just bare that in mind

1 mark off an A in Business Studies.
1 mark off a B in English Language.

I was surprised at an A in English Literature. I did really well considering I never read the books. I got full marks on Unit 1 (OMAM & AIC) and beat many people targeted an A - I didn't revise and made up a load of crap. The examiner must have really liked my work, which is pleasing as he/she has to read lots of boring scripts; my essay must have been top notch. However, as I've never read a book, it's safe to say I won't be doing the subject at A-level. HAHAHA TO YOU PEOPLE WHO GOT A B AND WERE PREDICTED AN A/A* ALL YEAR!
Future ambitions
Do A-levels/apprenticeship.
Maths: predicted A, result A*
Biology: predicted A*, result A*
Chemistry: predicted A*, result A*
Physics: predicted A*, result A*
History: predicted A*, result A (89% will get a remark)
Russian: predicted A*, result A (88% will get a remark)
French: predicted A*, result A*
Geography: predicted B, result A
English Literature: predicted B, result A
English Language: predicted B, result B
French AS level: predicted A, result A(99%)

Annoyed about History and Russian as I got 92% and 90% respectively in the mocks, otherwise very happy (especially english lit )

Will do triple science maths AS-Level and hopefully apply for medicine

Then there is hope for that A. Assuming that it isn't maths or a science - which should mean that you're okay.
