But people don't choose to be gay...
Because one is a harmless sexual and emotional disposition which is the result of 1) genetics and 2) hormone exposure in the womb, while the other is just choosing to be a grade-A knob.

If there is nothing wrong with being gay, which is their choice, then what's so wrong with being homophobic?, Surely that's also a choice?

If not why?

there is nothing wrong with being homophobic, some are due to their religion etc. but when you actively discriminate or bully people for their sexual preference, then it is wrong.
Nothing really. It's okay to have your own opinion.
if being gay is a choice, why don't you turn gay right now to demonstrate how much of a "choice" it really is? I'll direct you to your local gay bar where you can do us the intellectual honour... for the sake of science, of course. let me go grab my camera

I'm actually fine with people saying whatever they want, even if that includes anti-gay ****, but I'd just like to note that, like others have said, being gay is not a "choice".
Nothing is wrong with it, but at the same time homophobia is a sign of stupidity.

I bounced on my boys dick to this for hours debating the issue and I've come to the conclusion that it's probably being stupid. Vote trump 2016 3=======D~~ <---- that what my dick look like
I'm going to play devil's advocate here. :colone:
Sexuality is a choice. There are countless stories of married men and women who, after a number of years of marriage and a couple of kids, come out as gay.
If they can choose to have heterosexual sex whilst believing themselves to be gay then would it not follow that a straight person can choose to be gay?

IMO, you're entitled to your own opinion, but it would be very wrong for you to impose it on others and hurt other people.

I can choose to move to Mexico, doesn't make me Mexican, and Mexico is also hot, sticky and fills me with regret

Gay people get in heterosexual marriages due to societal and family pressure, also because they sometimes really want to be straight and are trying to be. That's why they have sex with the opposite gender, to try and convince themselves they are straight.
Straight people don't have gay marriages or have gay sex because there's no pressure for them to do so, in fact it's frowned upon.
I tried asking my gay friend what he thought, and i think he said he doesnt like homophobia, but it was hard to tell as he had a mouth full of cock. The giver, however, was more clearly against homophobia.
There is something wrong with being homophobic because you are discriminating against a group for no good reason. But I don't care for what they think, so I wouldn't have a go at someone for being a bigot because it's not my problem, it's theirs

I can hear all the immigrants who came to the UK and obtained citizenship protesting the essence of the above point. As soon as you gain citizenship of any country you are regarded as being from that country. SO you would be mexican.

Of course you can choose who you want to sleep with. What you can't do anymore, thank heavens, is with impunity bully, descriminate against and insult people who don't make the same choice as you. And make no mistake this was, and to fair extent remains (as your post proves) a remarkably serious issue.

But it's still a choice. People who come out as gay in a marriage still get erect and perform. I'm sure i've read somewhere of straight people trying gay. In fact, I think the straight porn actor Peter North started out as a gay porn actor even though he states he has always been straight.
