Dropping AS Maths-Does grade still matter?

I am hoping to study Law at Kings/UCL and I will be dropping AS maths as I do 4 A-levels and had received a C grade in it. How significant is this Extra AS C grade? Is it bad that I've got an extra AS with a C grade (Disappointed with the grade)?

The grade will be converted into UCAS Points, so yes it does matter.

Ah right. do you think have an extra AS grade of a C is fine? Assuming I get the standard entry requirements of A*AA.
