Are my gcse grades enough for medicine?!

so this thursday I received my GCSE grades and received:-
WJEC ENGLISH LIT: A*
WJEC ENGLISH LANG:A*
WJEC WELSH: A*
WJEC MATHS: A*
WJEC CHEMISTRY: A*
WJEC BIOLOGY: A*
WJEC PHYSICS: A*
WJEC RELIGIOUS STUDIES: A*
WJEC HISTORY: A*
WJEC BUSINESS STUDIES: A*
WJEC ART: A*
AQA PSYCHOLOGY: A

so in total I got 11A*'s and 1 A.
Is this enough for medicine, if so what unis does it open up for me?
I'm doing biol, chem, maths (stats) and history for AS this september and wanna have some tips from med students who revcieved A's in them at alevel? thank you x

Heard medicine's extremely competitive, and this just gives me probably a false idea that they expect like full A*s especially at gcse which is easier than AS

Its enough even for oxford :smile:

I wanted to study medicine but my grades are actually not good enough :frown:

Oh well just work harder at A-levels. :tongue:

Not Oxford. Try hard at A level for a slim shot at Cambridge, but I wouldn't risk it. In medicine, Oxbridge has no prestige beyond any other medical school- honestly :smile:
