Actually no, milk is forced out the animal rather than like sucked out, often on dairy farms before the animal is milked you'll see milk coming out the teats. It doesn't need to be milked to eject milk basically.

But basically the milk does not go out at like 80km/h, wouldn't it be like drops or a low flow ?
