It is, but I'm very picky when it comes to rain. For me, it can easily go from relaxing to annoying

Yeah, it can get too bright. Especially at the moment as I have dry eyes.
But also the dead heat we get in this country, and the world and its mother out 'having' fun by being all loud and up in ma grill.
