How to improve my English grades?

Hi, I'm targeted a 5 for both language and literature but I would like to get to a 6 although I haven't improved much in the past year. Is there any way to 'revise' or improve? Thanks :smile:

Identify your weaknesses and work on them. Speak to your teachers to ask them on what you can work on to get a higher level, they usually say on the end of year report/parents evening too?
