Really badly constipated help! Help!

Please keep this anon, this is actually really embarrassing. Last night I went out for curry with my parents and this morning since I've woken up I've been having tummy cramps. I haven't gone to the toilet even though I've tried but nothing will come out and for about an hour and a half now I've been lying on my bed in pain because the lower part of my abdomen (almost near crotch area) has been hurting so much.
Hurts when I move, change positions or when I stand up. Have farted a few times and feel like farting but can't get a proper one out either!
What do I do? I think if I let out a giant fart or go to the toilet it will help but nothing is coming out? Im being 100% serious here, please no taking the **** comments

Sounds like an emergency to be honest - see a doctor.
Try prunes or see your pharmacist for some laxatives.
Wind and constipation are more painful that people actually give it credit for.

Get hold of some orange juice (as fresh as possible) and drink a glass before using the toilet. Then try.
You could also try cranberry juice.

Another thing you can do that my cousin told me about, who is a bowel specialist nurse, is you pretend to blow bubbles. Those small, slow breaths you take when blowing bubbles apparently is perfect for helping you go. Pretty sure I've heard of people giving their kids bottles of bubbles when they're constipated.

If you're like this for much longer though, go to a doctor and get some laxatives. (or see a pharmacist like Random.guy suggested for some).
Try squatting rather than sitting, raise your legs while you're on the toilet. That's actually a more natural position to poo in and helps to line everything up.

Not pooing for 24 hours is not a sign of severe constipation so if you are in a lot of pain you should consider that there may be another cause. Don't let embarrassment stop you from seeing a doctor if it persists. They will take abdominal pain seriously.
