Maths inequalities question!

It says find the greatest and the lowest integer values of n for which these inequalities are true

4≤3n-2<10 next question is 1<4n+5<20

I am really good at inequalities but this question got me confused do I have to replace the n or do I have to solve this inequalities first. It is really annoying and thank you

Split the inequalities and solve.
43n2 4 \leq 3n-2
3n-3 <10,
1<4n+5
and
4n+5<20 4n+5<20

and find the set of numbers that satisfy all inequalities.

It may be useful to get the inequality in the form a<n<b. If you take 5 from very term you get 4<4n<15 -4<4n<15 . Dividing every term by 4 yields 1<n<15/4 -1<n<15/4 .
