Website can't find my course!

I'm applying for student finance and you can't grind my course from the course code or title! What do I do now?

Contact your university in the first instance
Hi there.

Our application system is directly linked to the central database of all eligible courses, so normally if you can't find a course during our application process, it means the College/Uni has not yet updated their courses for the coming Academic Year.

If you manually input the course we will then query this with them in the hopes they'll update the database and inform us, but it's best if you also speak to them to ensure they are in the process of doing so.
