I'd give up sex. I prefer more of an affectionate kind of intimacy to sex anyway whereas music is a really good outlet for me and has always been a part of my life, both listening to it and performing.
Ditto - apart from the playing music part as I can't play an instrument.

A lot of us haven't tried the latter so I think we'll be slightly biased. So I'd give up sex.
