Does anyone know how to solve this question?

Solve the equation, giving all values of x to the nearest degree in the interval 0<x<360: 2tan²x + secx - 1 = 0
Use 1+tan2x=sec2x 1+tan^2x=sec^2x

Use identity 1+tan2(x)=sec2(x)1+tan^2(x)=sec^2(x)
Use the identity sec2tan2+1\sec^2 \equiv \tan^2 +1 and see where that gets you
