A*A*A here, I guess it's not too much of a jump from AAAB with a B in something I'm dropping...

My teachers love me, so hopefully it'll be easy to get the predictions
That said, I'll never get A*A*A*, but it'll be worth a try
I think I only need A*AA (A*A*A if I decide that I will apply to Cambridge, which I'm still not certain about
) but It's nice to be predicted over

I got 173, but tbh we won't be retaking and so we can focus more than others. It's possible!

There's no need to! You meet the requirements for an A* so far, as do I, so all you need to do is make sure you get 90% at A2!

No. Say the standard offer for a course is A*AA with 3 A2s. Chances are the offer with 4 A2s would be A*AAA. It's just putting more, uneeded, stress on you.

Get your tutor or someone from school to tell your mum that four isn't wise.

Yeah she wants me to see the UCAS advisor at school. Basically I want to study Japanese and she doesn't want me to drop Chinese, even though it was my lowest grade. Hopefully I'll be able to drop it...
Well personally I read other people's success stories or like watch a revision tip video. And I also picture myself getting the grades I want and going to the university I want
