Those subjects are absolutely fine! You may have a high workload with 4 essay subjects, but it's certainly doable!
History and English Literature are wonderful A levels, I really enjoyed them

Yeah, give it a month or 2, see how the workload is. If it's bad I might drop down to my strongest 3.
