with the barclays business exercise, is there a wait before u get progressed to next stage (vid interview) or is it automatic?

Is anyone able to provide some insight into the Barclays test.

Can someone give an example of a typical basic numerical question? Is it like the psychometric tests covering percentages, ratios etc. Would really appreciate it, PM me if you prefer.

Is there any way to prepare for the numerical and SJT aspect of this test?

Can one apply for September 2017 if graduation is before that, in May 2017?

I assume so. They accept final years and have no graduate programme. They ask on the application what year you are graduating in.

Does anyone know what BlackRock's 'virtual cover letter invitation' is about? It doesn't seem to be a link to upload a cover letter because when I sign in, it has a button with 'Start Interview' on it? What is this? Is this a video interview? If so, why is even called a 'virtual cover letter'?
