Help with kite/surds/straight line question

I am stuck with a question, I tried to do the start of it and got it wrong so I wondering if someone could help me.

I used (x2-x1)*2 + (y2-y1)*2 square rooted and got

AB= root10
BC =5 root2
AC= 2 root 20

Yep you got those right, but you don't need AC as it's not a side of a kite. What can you do for part b, do you think?

Make a rough graph, place the vertices and draw the lines connecting the vertices to form the kits. That should help.
