Precipitation questions

In this precipitation reaction is the precipitate formed solid or aqueous

6NAOH (aq) + Fe2(SO4)3 (aq) = 2Fe(OH)3 (????) + 3NA2(SO4) (aq).
Thanks for any help.

A precipitate, by definition, is a solid. If you know its a precipitation reaction Fe(OH)3 must be solid!

Also worth noticing, if no solid was formed this wouldn't be a chemical reaction, it would simply be a mixing of two solutions!
