HELP!! Teacher won't give me good predicted grades for Medicine!!!

I would really like to get into uni and not take a gap year but my Chemistry teacher refuses to predict me an A because I got a B in the previous mock. I initially took four A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Economics and Maths, and my predictions were AAAB, however, I was persuaded to drop economics (my third A prediction) in order to spend more time on chem.. having done this, it still seems unlikely that my B prediction would go up.

It just seems so unfair because I have got A's and A*s in previous mini end of topic tests, yet they refuse to take these into account. Head of sixth form is also being incredibly unhelpful. Any advice would be nice?

A reasoned, adult discussion with your teacher, with evidence of past achievements to back up your request. Support from parents may help, but only if they can also remain calm and reasoned!
If not, prove them wrong, ace the exams and take a gap year, applying with achieved grades.
