Sounds like the fish was getting more D than him...
I read years ago that some gay men use mice. They remove the teeth of the mouse, put it in a condom then shove it up their arse. Apparently they really like all the intense wriggling the mouse does. Of course, the poor thing suffocates and dies pretty quickly.

But seriously, despite how disturbing it is, I'd be interested to see what the legislation says on the matter. Can;t seem to find the specifics of what animals are considered when it comes to committing sex acts with, as I'd imagine it probably isn't all of them, I'd have thought invertebrates wouldn't class as such...and when it comes to legislation involving vertebrates, sometimes fish are excluded or put into a separate category. If it's a pet fish I presume he might breach the Animal Welfare Act...but if it was a fish he'd just reeled in....not so clear.

Given how little I give a damn about fish, I don't really think this should be illegal. I doubt there are trout which have been emotionally damaged because Troy McClure stuck his knob in their mouth.
