Lincoln student looking for accommodation?

Lincoln students!!Do you need accommodation for this year? We urgently need a room filled in a 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in the West End. The house is on West Parade (a 10 minute walk from Uni) and you’d be living with 6 great people (3 guys and 3 girls) who are going into 2nd year. The rent is £100 pw but that includes wifi, water and a tv license, and electricity and gas are covered in a fair use policy. The room is a good size, newly refurbished and has a 3/4 sized bed.

Pictures can be provided for anyone who is interested, I'm happy to answer any questions
