Both goals came from Fellaini being sucked into the 6 yard box and leaving the space at the edge of the box free. Not sure if you blame Fellaini himself, the centre backs, or tactics which are asking our DM to do too much.
Bit of both really. Its pretty obvious to anyone who has ever watched football that Fellaininis not a good defender, but then you have to ask why Mourinho insists on playing him there despite having at least 3 better options in Carrick, Schwieni and Schneiderlin.
