Absolutely no idea what my block is. How do I find this out? All I know is that it says Mole House.

Is each flat a floor? Because some groups are like 13-18 but there only seems to be 4 floors going by the pictures of the campus?

Hello,

It depends on the building- most halls of residence are set out in blocks or houses, which have a number of different floors, which are basically the flats. So for example in Surrey Court there is Mole House, Wey House, Wandle House, etc. and within each of these houses there are four floors, so essentially four flats.

Other courts can be slightly different so it depends on where you will be

Hey, do you know how deliveries are processed to accommodation? I was contemplating Amazon delivery directly to my accommodation rather than delivering to my current home and taking it all the way to accommodation with me. Thank you in advance

Hello,

Have a look at the residents' guide for delivery info - page 14 should cover all you need to know
