Looking for tenancy replacement for Urbanest St Pancras!

I'm looking for somebody to transfer my urbanest st pancras tenancy to! The room is £250 a week and the location is, in king's cross and next to a beautiful canal. Its part of a 3-bedroom flat with 2 toilets and 1 kitchen which is fully furnished. Please PM me if u r interested.

How many weeks ?

50 weeks. But if you don't want to stay for summer you can just transfer it to someone else. The location is really good so there will probably be people on summer internships who will be willing to take over the room.

Whats the reason for your change of mind as I've heard mixed reviews about urbanest?

Yes i started my tenancy on 17th september.

I just happened to get another offer for a room closer to school and cheaper so I'm thinking of moving over.
