Have you had a telephone interview? Which division did you apply for?

Not yet, have it on friday, and CCS

Standard SHL SJT. Can't really prepare for it. If you have assessment day you could practice some on that to get a feel for the type of questions you may be asked. Other than that just take your time and use common sense.

Thanks

Any advice on BAML SJT??

My application was rejected after taking it so it's not that easy to pass it. The problem is that I can't think of an effective way to prepare for it
How long after submitting application for Morgan Stanley to send test??

How long after taking the test did you receive the rejection?
All these UBS invites.. Are any of them for Graduate IBD or all for summer?

The day after taking the test, it was very quick.

And no, the SJT is untimed

That's a shame, but keep your chin up. These SJT tests are just testing how well you can lie I feel, useless.

Which division? Perhaps you weren't required to take any tests. Have you checked the application centre online?

Restructuring isn't DCM btw, pretty much most restructuring work is done by EBs or advisory houses.

Imo, the best ECM/DCM teams are where banks can underwrite on a deal. That means there's potential not just to make money on fees but to also make some cash on any spreads that arise from underwriting. Advisory only cap markets is good too, but I'd think you'd be limited without a balance sheet to offer.

Apolgoies for double posting, but I is a bit confused.

I know JPM doesn't accept penultimate students for SA, but I can't seem to their off-cycle program? Are penultimates applying to IB FT or off-cycle?

(edit: I can only see an off-cycle for markets)
