To be fair, "suffrage" isn't really a word you hear much, and I would imagine less so in North America. I don't think we should mock people because they don't have an extensive vocabulary of little used terms.
However, what is inexcusable is to not spot that "suffrage" isn't "suffering", and to ask for an explanation.

Perhaps. If other journalists were to conduct the same experiment and get the same results as The Rebel Media then I'm sure it's safe to say that the students at Ryerson University are indeed idiots.

Until then I wouldn't trust this.
