Do you say coffee o'clock?

I've seen people saying coffee o'clock, wine o'clock and beer o'clock.
Is it just for run or there are some people really doing so?
How do you think of these phrases?

What I mean is people don't really talklike that but they put those phrases in their blogs or post a photo with those phrases.

This is the first time that I have heard that phrase.
Looks like we've reached a new age of drinks.
