advice for VR????
With 7a* and 3a (eng lang, maths and ICT)
UKCAT 640 average (600, 610 and 710) Band 2
AAAB at AS (A's in Bio, Chem, Maths)
A*AA prediction, Chem is the A* and maths may also be going to A* as my average was 89%.
WE/volunteering with disabled adults and children, at a hospice, GP and in medical research.
I have already confirmed 3 choices however I am struggling with my last. Do I have the best shot at Leicester, Nottingham, Aberdeen or Bristol?

I have very similar stats.
6A*s 4As
637 Band 2

What are your other 3 options?

Hi, I'm working my way through the 2017 Ultimate Guide 1200 Practice Questions and I'm just wondering if someone can tell me if I'm going mad or is there a mistake? The answers say the rule for set A is "number of dots=number of stars" (and for B number of dots=number of diamonds), but the first shape in set A doesn't fit the pattern? Here's a picture:

Can someone tell me if its a mistake or am I missing something really obvious?

Good gcses? Oxford.

Otherwise... Cambridge (you need 2 A*s though).

Thank you so much.. I got 13A*s but I feel I am leaning towards Oxford but still don't know. Any major differences I need to know about e.g. the course or life at the two diff unis?

Ya ok thanks hahaha..... so would they also contextualise the information because I went to a GCSE state school as well..and the next best result in my year were 4A*s? Ox has prosection but cam has dissection available...does it really matter though? Plus I feel Ox allows more opportunities to socialise and it's more of a city than Cambridge. But then Cambridge is higher in the rank table.... so still don't know. I feel I might just stick with Oxford but

Should I be expecting patterns with this many conditions in the real exam?

No they are generally a lot more simplified so don't worry. Also if it is very complex, usually if you get the main element you can get 3 or 4/5 in that set. Don't worry about these extremely hard ones.

bro u better book it, the last exam date is in around 10 days. They probably been all picked and if not then the next date will most likely not be the one that's good for you.

I'm an overseas student and could probably be the only one sitting for the UKCAT in my city so I don't have to worry about that thankfully  Nevertheless I'm going to book it today and just get over with it ASAP. So tired of all this :s-smilie:
Any one think they can improve in 8 days??? I have 8 days left!!!!
