Ahh I see, so yeah I think you have to kinda do the opposite but make it so they want to be fwb's with you a lot because they genuinely like you as a friend. In general though I found that FWB's is very complicated :colonhash: I was also very clingy at the start too tbh

I see what you mean. I'm not sure why I am when it comes to relationship stuff, I'm not like that with my normal friends and my family. I guess factors in my life have 'affected' me in that way, if that's the right way to put it. :s-smilie:

Also, how did you stop being clingy?

So first, I was clingy for two reasons 1. I really liked him, how we chilled with each other and the company and 2. Personally, because I knew we weren't official it's like I was clingy because I wanted to keep him to myself in a way. What I did was actually start speaking to other guys being a bit flirty, friendly (not in a promiscuous way) but you know, to like make myself realise that he wasn't the only person I could feel that way with and just socialise in a FWB way. Also, I decided that sometimes I'd only just make out with him and not go all the way (even if I wanted to/felt like it) because it helped me feel in control. And that's when I realised that he actually needed/enjoyed my company as much as I wanted his so just seeing that kinda stopped me from being clingy because it was like hey, he needs me too loool so yeah. It also kinda took time too, like whilst I was doing this the clingyness just reduced over a couple months.
Why do you associate with the unemployed?
