Looked comfortable enough with the weight on your back.

lol, STrong do feel more you than SBD.

Nice set, still looking straight forward and manageable.

You know that your depth isn't quite there, but I see a lot worse and I take it that you just want those muscular gains and so don't care.

It's the first time I've gone over 100kg since 2010

And I totally stopped legs from 2011 to 2015 and since then very random 60kg max

Therefore I'll take 140 irregardless of how it went lol

Ok so I was thinking about what you meant by depth

Because I'm going same depth as the 120 set here;



However I looked at some YouTube videos and they class hips below ankles as depth

So here's my take:

1. I can definitely go lower
2. But not with that technique

My feet are quite close stance and I'm not sitting back

Reason being I'm focusing on my quads

I don't particularly want a big arse / hips

Also why my knees are really far in front of my ankles, I'm not sitting back to target le quads

Ye typo lol meant knees

Hips below ankles would take some depth

& Ye I'm just lifting for aesthetics no need to go deeper as it's all hips

I'm going to a consistent depth so it's cool

For gone revising

I can hit depth with more of powerlifter stance as my first attempt

But not with my "quads style"



But I'm looking for quad growth :smile:
