ACCOMODATION IN NOTTINGHAM AVAILABLE - deluxe ensuite. Block F, Flat 12, Room B Looking for a female student who would like to take over tenancy at Nottingham 1. Deposit is already paid as well as the weeks before you decide to reside here. You'll be living with three other girls and will be paying £124 a week bills included. If you look on the website now, the price has increased to £127 per week therefore you'll be saving more. It's a very spacious room with all facilities provided. Reason for leaving is because I am planning on commuting for personal reasons. Room is fully furnished with a double bed, your own ensuite bathroom, double sofa and coffee table, study desk and chair and double wardrobe and storage space. I need a replacement for me...i know im copy and pasting info, but if you still need read the following:

Graystacks, Castle boulevard

-£114 per week, bills included (electric, gas, water)
- TV licence, content insurance, High download speed WIFI
- 3/4 double bed
-Cleverly spaced out Storage (inc. Warddrobe, Shelves)
-Desk, chair and pin noticeboard.
- Share bathroom with one other person.
- Huge shared kitchen lounge area between 12
- Burger king is opposite the accomodation.
- Washing machine, dryer, lots of cupboard space, fridge space

- Modern and stylish
- Sociable flatmates

-2 min walk to bus stop (skylink) going into city centre in 7mins - £1 with student ID
-4 min walk to bus stop (skylink) going to UoN directly - £1 with student ID
- 5 mins walk to Tesco and Sainsbury's
- Local takeaway nearby
-Excellent Scenery
