Simple Harmonic Motion in Physics

In simple Harmonic Motion is the velocity constantly changing or is it the velocity vector that is constantly changing.
If the velocity is changing then the momentum is not constant and neither is the KE (Kinetic Energy).

The velocity is constantly changing, yes. Kinetic energy is transformed into potential energy upon deceleration and vice versa for acceleration.

EDIT: it's not constantly changing. It's changing proportional to the negative displacement. There is actually a time where it's not changing: when the displacement is 0.
